In this industry, often our busiest times are around major events, Hollidays, or peak travel times of the year. We do our best to accommodate time-off requests and are approved based on multiple factors. However, it should be understood that a limited number of requests during high volume times of the year are implemented to ensure staff is appropriately scheduled. Requests for time off may be denied due to influx of business at any time.
